In recognition of their work in litigation, intellectual property, and technology law, Texas Super Lawyers has selected Wittliff Cutter partners Reid Wittliff and John Saba for the publication’s 2022 list of top attorneys. John is a trial lawyer with deep experience in intellectual property matters including: patents, trademarks, copyrights, as well as extensive experience in state and federal complex business litigation. He has conducted approximately nine jury trials in both federal and state court over the course of his career.
Reid, a nine-year Super Lawyers honoree, has a deep understanding of the fast-developing law governing online activity, privacy, and data security. He has represented clients in intellectual property disputes and frequently negotiates and drafts software licenses and other technology contracts. He served as the founding chief of the computer crime division of the Texas Attorney General’s office, and as a federal prosecutor responsible for leading computer crime investigations and prosecutions in Dallas.
