Since its founding in 2013, Wittliff Cutter’s strength remains our entire team’s experience and perspective. Each one of our partners has either first chaired significant trials to conclusion or led multi-million dollar transactions. Our senior counsel, a core part of our team, have from twelve to more than twenty years of successful experience as associates and partners at in large law firm litigation departments.

Fully half of our team has held senior in-house positions including general counsel(s), chief privacy counsel, senior in-house litigation counsel, and senior commercial/IP counsel. We also have two former state prosecutors, a former AUSA and Division Chief in the Texas Office of the Attorney General.
