Slade is an experienced technology attorney and one of the founding members of Wittliff Cutter. He has been providing practical legal solutions to companies doing business online, especially in the advertising technology space, since 2007. Dale Cook of the Northern District of Oklahoma, followed by an additional clerkship with U.S. Magistrate Judge Robert Pitman of the Western District of Texas. After his clerkships, Slade practiced law at a boutique litigation firm in Austin for two years before moving into the world of digital advertising as general counsel for Smiley Media, Inc., an online advertising network twice recognized on the Inc.500 list of fastest growing companies.
