Wittliff | Cutter PLLC continues to expand its litigation and corporate practice with the addition of new Partners Anand Nair and Jennifer Rappoport and Of Counsel Kayna Levy.
Anand Nair
Anand joined the firm after serving in senior in-house roles at multiple large financial institutions located in New York City. Prior to that, Anand was a corporate and securities attorney in the Washington DC office of K&L Gates LLP. He focuses on representing entrepreneurs, emerging growth and public companies, and private investors in all aspects of corporate transactional and contractual law matters. Anand received his J.D. with honors from the Washington College of Law at American University where he was a member of the International Law Review and his BBA and MS in Accounting from Texas Tech University.
Jennifer Rappoport
Jennifer joined the firm after five years at SunPower Corporation, most recently as Vice President in Global Litigation and Employment, and over a decade at Winston & Strawn LLP in the Labor and Employment Practice. Her practice focuses on commercial litigation, employment litigation, and employment advice and counseling. Jennifer received her J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of Law and B.A. from UCLA.
Kayna Stavast Levy
Kayna joined the firm after completing her clerkship with the Hon. Mark Lane, United States Magistrate Judge for the Western District of Texas. Kayna began her career as an Honors Program Trial Attorney in the Technology and Financial Services Section of the United States Department of Justice Antitrust Division and later practiced in the Antitrust Division of the Office of the Attorney General of Texas. Her practice focuses on commercial and employment litigation. Kayna received B.A. magna cum laude and her JD with honors from the University of Oklahoma, where she served as Executive Editor of the Law Review.
