Kayna Stavast Levy

Kayna Stavast Levy brings nearly a decade of government enforcement and federal court experience to her civil litigation practice with the firm. Kayna began her career as an Honors Program Trial Attorney in the Technology and Financial Services Section of the United States Department of Justice Antitrust Division and later practiced in the Antitrust Division of the Office of the Attorney General of Texas. In these positions, Kayna investigated and prosecuted matters including price fixing, bid rigging, monopolization, and group boycott activity across myriad industries—including software, healthcare, financial services, telecommunications, and high-tech and medical consumer products—and specialized in working with economic experts. She has extensive experience interfacing with state and federal agencies as a part of her practice.

Most recently, Kayna served as a law clerk to the Hon. Mark Lane, United States Magistrate Judge for the Western District of Texas, before joining Wittliff Cutter in September 2019.
